Kreasi Dapur Sehat – Crepes Vla Kurma

Bahan Crepes
135 gr Tepung terigu
2 btr Telor
250 cc Susu
¼ sdt Garam,
50 gr Gula
30 gr Butter, lelehkan
200 cc Cream whiiping cream

Bahan vla kurma
15 biji Buah kurma buang, bijinya dan cincang
1 btr Kuning telor
40 gr Gula pasir
2 sdm Maizena
200 cc Susu

Cara membuat vla kurma :
Campurkan susu dan tepung maizena, aduk hingga rata, kemudian tambahkan gula, kembali aduk hingga rata, panaskan di atas api sedang. sambil terus diaduk. Kocok kuning telur, kemudian tuangkan sedikit larutan vla, aduk rata. Kemudian masukan kembali ke dalam panci, aduk rata. Masukan 1/2 bagian kurma cincang, aduk hingga mengental, angkat dan sisihkan.

Cara Membuat Crepes:
Campurkan telur dan gula pasir, aduk rata. Tambahkan bubuk vanilla dan garam, aduk rata. Masukkan susu, tepung terigu, aduk rata. Tambahkan cream whiiping cream, butter aduk hingga rata. Tuang sedikit adonan, masak hingga kuning ke emasan dan adonan habis.

Crepes, Vla Dates
Crepes Ingredients:
135 gr flour
2 item Eggs
250 cc Milk
¼ teaspoon salt,
50 g sugar
30 g Butter, melted
200 cc Cream whiiping cream

Material custard dates:
15 Dates wasting seed, seeded and chopped
1 whole egg Yellow
40 g sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
200 cc Milk

How to make custard dates:
Combine milk and cornstarch, mix well, then add the sugar, again stirring until blended, heat over medium heat. stirring constantly. Beat the egg yolks, then pour a solution of custard and stir well. Then input back into the pot and stir well. Put half portion of chopped dates, stir until thickened, remove from heat and set aside.

How to Make Crepes:
Combine eggs and sugar and stir well. Add vanilla powder and salt and stir well. Add milk, flour, stir well. Add cream whiiping cream, butter, stirring until blended. Pour a little batter, and cook until golden and yellow into the dough runs out.
